The Board of Directors has decided to immediately suspend the Managing Director, Chief Sales Officer, and Chief Digital Banking Officer.

The suspensions are intended to allow the Bank to conduct impartial, investigations while protecting all parties involved, including witnesses.

In the interim, the Following individuals will be acting:

  1. Acting Managing Director – Mr. Mahase Mahooana
  2. Acting Chier Digital Banking Officer – Mr. Thuso
    Ramatlapeng
  3. Acting Chief – sales Officer – Ms. Lineo Masupha

According to the memo from Lesotho Post Bank board chairperson Mrs. ‘Mampe Matela-Mphana, โ€œthe board wishes to reassure you that we will continue to uphold good corporate governance and always strive for regulatory compliance. As a result, the suspension will have no adverse impact on the bankโ€™s operations. The key stakeholders and public will be notified of the issue. Employees are therefore urged to refrain from engaging in this matter.โ€
