Maseru – Lesotho’s Prime Minister Samuel Matekane is reportedly going to reshuffle cabinet and principal secretaries in the coming days, in order to accommodate the All Basotho Convention (ABC) in a coalition led by Matekane’s Revolution for Prosperity (RFP), this is according to sources close to the PM and some ABC National Executive Committee (NEC) members, who spoke to Lesotho Tribune on condition of anonymity, since they have not been authorized to speak to the media on the impending reshuffle.
This will be the second reshuffle in under 12 months. In November 2023 Matekane expanded his cabinet, in a move that saw him appointing five new ministers and moving some to other portfolios.
