Standard Lesotho Bank has unveiled new exciting “ transactional campaign 2024 ,” designed to enhance self-banking experience for its customers and attract new clients at Lancers Inn on the 6th August.
In opening, Head Personal and Private Banking, Mr.RethabileMotsoahae indicated that the bank had a similar campaign which was aimed in taking personal, home and asset loans which they managed to disburse M900million loans and help 900 hundred families.
Adding that the campaign was very fruitful that it changed and boosted families to reach their aspired dreams, thus some winning M20000 each namely Ms.Thato Chobokoane, Mr. Motlatsi Sekotlo and Paul Lebona.
He continued that “ Transactional Campaign 2024 ” is part of the bank ongoing commitment to innovation, to make banking more fun ,simplified, convenient , less costly and time effectiveand to improve customer satisfaction in the financial sector.
Campaign details:
The new transactional campaign themed “ its as easy as a child’s play” offers various incentives for both new and existing customers who engage in specific transactional activities such as ( swiping, buying electricity or airtime, sending instant money)
Account Type:
The campaign is open for all Standard Bank Lesotho Personal account holders.
Conditions for participation:
Account must not have arrears or negative balance and a winner should consent to the bank to use His/her personal information publicly or with other partners.
Transaction Volume:
Minimum transaction thresholds apply , a customer must at least complete three (3) transactions amounting to M20 or more per month or as many as they can to win the bigger price Nissan Magnite.
Campaign Incentives:
Three (3) people per month will win M3000 worth of grocery voucher. While more than ten (10) people will win 20% share from M300000 put on the table until the campaign runs off .Standard Bank will also hold activation at the time of rewards and there will be promotional materials won by various people . Lastly the bank will offer one (1) customer Nissan Magnite as it’s last price of the campaign.
Marketing and Outreach
The campaign will be promoted through various channels which include social media, emails, smses, news outlets, radios and in branch display to ensure that all customers are well informed about the new features and benefits available to them.
Meanwhile, the campaign money is not transferrable and Standard Bank Lesotho workers and their relatives are not eligible for the campaign.
