“I Am an MP”: Tsoana-Makhulo Lawmaker Accused of Intimidation in Failed Borehole Project

MASERU A borehole drilling project worth more than M82,000 has turned into a bitter dispute after a Maseru family accused Tsoana-Makhulo Member of Parliament Teboho Notsi of using his political status to intimidate mediators instead of resolving complaints about the work done by his company. The controversy centres on Notsi Electrical (PTY) LTD, a Teyateyaneng-based borehole drilling company owned and managed by Notsi.
