Plans are at an advanced stage to impeach Director of Public Prosecution (DPP), Advocate Hlalefang Motinyane, Lesotho Tribune can confirm.
Sources with intimate knowledge of the plan to impeach Advocate Motinyane revealed that three weeks, the Registrar, on the instruction of Chief Justice (CJ) Sakoane, made contact with former Chief Justice Mahapela Lehohla asking him to head the planned tribunal to impeach Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Adv. Hlalefang Motinyane.
